Using the 2.4Ghz band, this wireless print server connects to any wireless network to provide full network printing capabilities. Offering a connection speed of up to 72Mbps (1x1 SISO 802.11b/g/n) and with 802.1x authentication and IPSec, the MarkNet N8250 can even operate in a secure environment. Freedom Place assets where they are needed - Printer location is functionally and economically driven, not constrained by existing LAN connections. Easy Setup Wired and Wireless Configuration - Configure using a USB cable or without any cables. An internal print server to connect to most major wireless networks via the 2.4Ghz band using one RP-SMA connector with antenna. Embedded Web Page The embedded web page allows administrators to flash update printer firmware or access printer settings using a web browser to easily monitor printer status and change default settings. Network Communications Security SNMPv3 supports encrypted and authenticated management traffic protecting remote configuration and device status messages.IPSec can be used with both TCP/IP IPv4 and IPv6 networks and provides encryption and authentication of communications at the network layer. Network Protocol Support MarkNet print servers and the standard Ethernet connection support these protocols: TCP/IP IPV4, TCP/IP IPv6, Novell (IPX/SPX including NetWare Directory Services), AppleTalk™ and LexLink (DLC/LLC).
